Guelph, Ontario, Canada CP Demolition and More Full time

CP Demolition & More is hiring a reliable, physically fit General Laborer to join our team. This role is primarily snow shoveling in the winter, with some demolition work as needed, and transitions to primarily demolition and property clean-up work once the snow season ends.

What you'll be doing:

  • Shoveling & salting sidewalks for approx. 20 commercial & residential properties
  • Walking distances between properties during snow routes
  • Assisting with demolition and property clean-up tasks as required

Schedule & Hours:

  • On-call based on weather during snow season
  • Mostly overnight / night shifts in winter
  • Hours vary with weather and workload and can be up to 40 hours or more per week during heavy snow periods

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and capable of heavy labour
  • Reliable and able to respond when called
  • Comfortable working nights and in outdoor conditions
  • Driver's license is an asset but not required
  • Snow removal or demolition experience is an asset, not required

Pay & Perks:

  • $20/hour
