The General Manager contributes to setting strategic goals, refining operational policies, and supporting the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance, helping strengthen internal processes, and encouraging a strong, positive team culture.

This position also helps build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance partners, vendors, and subcontractors, while supporting business development efforts and long-term growth. Effective leadership in staff coaching, training, and performance support is key, along with promoting compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational experience, solid financial understanding, and a background in the construction or restoration industry, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction.
