Sr. UI/UX Designer - Prism Cloud Consulting.
Job type: Full time/ Part time/ Contract

Cloud architects with over 25 years of combined experience in product development and services founded and runs the company. Our highly skilled teams include Engineering, which excels in rapid delivery on Cloud Native architectures using matured DevOps processes on your preferred public cloud partner, UX/UI, which delivers high-end solutions using a human-centric approach to their design methodologies, and Mobile app development, which builds cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter.
You'll do the following as a Prism Sr. UI/UX designer:
Lead the ideation and design of complex web, mobile and multichannel based solutions
Experience in User research and User testing.
Lead design sessions for clients to inspire, gather user stories and a full picture of the solution goals, and effectively communicate direction
Participate in internal and client-facing creative ideation sessions in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineers and QA
Plan, execute and present prototypes and proof of concepts to client stakeholder
Rationalize and bring clients to an agreement on user interface and experience design based on data-driven insights
Translate ideas into journey maps, concepts, and visual design
Create user flows, wireframes, and information architectures to address user needs
Understand and embrace client feedback and enthusiastically adapt designs based on validated critique
Contribute to and leverage established design systems to maintain cohesive product design, following client brand guidelines, and existing governance process
Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Project Managers to balance business objectives with end-user and client goals and desires
Maintain both an understanding of the product vision and the tactical user goals while executing design
Work collaboratively with UX team members to conduct usability testing sessions
(remote, moderated and unmoderated, in person) with end-users
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and handoffs are consistent
Ensure products are designed to meet accessibility standards
Provide design QA on implementation to ensure that development matches design intent
Contribute to the evolution of our growing design practice and standards.
Experience in conducting workshops
What you bring to Prism:
4 + years of UI/UX experience
Must love working with a team to build great solutions
You're proficient in prototyping tools such as XD or Invision, Sketch, Jira, Zeplin, Mural,
Lean UX, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Strong sense of visual design in regard to graphic and web design
Knowledgeable of web standards with an understanding of cross-browser issues & fixes
Intermediate proficiency understanding and uncovering analytics platforms (i.e. Google analytics)
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
Post-secondary education in Design, Visual Arts, or Business
Understand the value of lean startup and product design.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
