The Mechanic Team Leader executes business priorities with the service centre including and not limited to preventative maintenance and repairs within the scope of training, policy and regulation, team management; while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to CHEP's quality criteria.

What we need from you?


• Industrial Millwright License or Mechanical trade certificate (required)


• Electrical License (preferred)


• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an Industrial Maintenance role


• Minimum 2 years leadership experience


• Experience in troubleshooting Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Basic Electrical knowledge


• Minor welding and fabrication skill


• Dual trade ticket with Electrical license (asset)


• Ability to safely operate power tools


• Ability to safely use basic hand tools

Vous devez avoir


• Permis de mécanicien de chantier industriel ou certificat de métier mécanique (requis)

Licence électrique (préférer)


• Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de Maintenance Industrielle


• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en leadership


• Expérience dans le dépannage mécanique, en pneumatique, hydraulique et électricité de base


• Compétences mineures en soudure et en fabrication


• Certification double métier avec licence électrique (atout)


• Capacité à utiliser des outils électriques en toute sécurité


• Capacité à utiliser en toute sécurité des outils manuel de base
