Job Description

The Mechanic Team Leader executes business priorities with the service centre including and not limited to preventative maintenance and repairs within the scope of training, policy and regulation, team management; while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to CHEP's quality criteria.

What we need from you?

• Industrial Millwright License or Mechanical trade certificate (required)

• Electrical License (preferred)

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an Industrial Maintenance role

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience

• Experience in troubleshooting Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Basic Electrical knowledge

• Minor welding and fabrication skill

• Dual trade ticket with Electrical license (asset)

• Ability to safely operate power tools

• Ability to safely use basic hand tools

Le mécanicien industriel exécute les priorités commerciales avec le centre de service, y compris et sans s'y limiter, l'entretien préventif et les réparations dans le cadre de la formation, de la politique et de la réglementation, gestion d'équipe; tout en respectant les normes de l'entreprise en matière de sûreté, de sécurité et de productivité et les critères de qualité de CHEP.

Vous devez avoir

• Permis de mécanicien de chantier industriel ou certificat de métier mécanique (requis)

Licence électrique (préférer)

• Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de Maintenance Industrielle

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en leadership

• Expérience dans le dépannage mécanique, en pneumatique, hydraulique et électricité de base

• Compétences mineures en soudure et en fabrication

• Certification double métier avec licence électrique (atout)

• Capacité à utiliser des outils électriques en toute sécurité

• Capacité à utiliser en toute sécurité des outils manuel de base
