Overview

RFL Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer & Web Manager to own all technical execution across our website, landing pages, analytics implementation, and performance infrastructure.

This is a full-time employee role responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the technical foundation that powers RFL's Revenue Engine. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and the Growth Marketing Specialist. You own the technical delivery of all approved builds, experiments, integrations, and optimizations.

This role is ideal for a developer who loves building fast, modern, conversion-ready experiences, maintaining clean tracking infrastructure, and shipping high-quality technical work at a high standard with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Website Development & Technical Ownership

  2. Own end-to-end technical implementation and maintenance of RFL's website.

  3. Build and deploy new landing pages, templates, and UI components
  4. Implement approved design, layout, and content updates
  5. Maintain global navigation, reusable content blocks, and styling systems
  6. Implement and enforce brand guidelines across all web properties
  7. Manage bug fixes, deployments, version control, and site stability

  8. CRO Implementation & UX Execution

  9. Implement A/B tests and page experiments

  10. Deploy UX improvements to layout, readability, user flow, and mobile usability
  11. Execute conversion optimizations
  12. Implement UX improvements based on Growth, Product, and leadership recommendations
  13. Ensure mobile-first performance and responsiveness across all web properties.

  14. Performance Optimization & Technical SEO

  15. Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals across all pages

  16. Improve Lighthouse scores (mobile and desktop)
  17. Implement technical SEO best practices
  18. Clean up scripts, plugins, and code bloat
  19. Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance
  20. Continuously reduce load times and rendering issues

  21. Analytics, Tracking & Integrations

  22. Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn tracking

  23. Deploy and QA conversion events, triggers, scroll tracking, and form tracking
  24. Implement UTM frameworks and experiment tracking
  25. Support deployment of remarketing and audience-building infrastructure
  26. Implement and maintain Zoho CRM website integrations
  27. Ensure data accuracy, redundancy protection, and reporting reliability

  28. Website Quality Assurance & Security

  29. Perform pre-launch and post-deployment QA on all builds

  30. Monitor site uptime, errors, broken links, and form reliability
  31. Implement security best practices, updates, and backups
  32. Ensure site stability during campaign launches, traffic surges, and events

  33. Collaboration & Role Boundaries

  34. Execute all technical builds and implementations

  35. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Events, and Operations teams
  36. This role is strictly responsible for technical execution

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3–5+ years of front-end development experience
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • WordPress
  • Responsive / mobile-first development
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • GA4 & Google Tag Manager
  • Meta & LinkedIn tracking pixels
  • Landing-page development & optimization
  • Technical SEO implementation
  • Strong eye for design fidelity and UX execution
  • Experience implementing A/B tests and CRO builds (execution-focused, not strategy)
  • Ability to troubleshoot efficiently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders

Compensation & Structure

  • Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 CAD, annually, commensurate with experience
  • Employment status: Full-time employee
  • Work Location: Fully remote
  • Hours of work:
  • Standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Core business hours aligned with Eastern time.
  • Overtime, where applicable, will be compensated in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA).
  • This is a newly created high-impact execution position to support company growth.
