Role Description

This is a full-time position located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. As a Matchmaker, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and goals while developing tailored strategies to find suitable matches. Your responsibilities will include client consultations, conducting detailed research on potential matches, coordinating introductions, and providing ongoing guidance to clients throughout the matchmaking journey. A high level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills is vital to success in this role.

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Listening Skills
  • Emotional Intelligence and High-Level Discretion
  • Ability to efficiently balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in matchmaking, recruitment, or a client-facing role is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or a related field is a plus
