Aligning with our vision, the Events Curator and Marketing Lead drives business development for facilitating events that come alive in And-Co's unique setting. Our commitment to creating meaningful experiences is brought to life through meticulous event execution, ensuring each occasion over-delivers our customer's vision.
This role drives the sales and delivery of special experiences within And-Co's event space, offering hyper experience focused engagement, and bespoke services to customers looking to deliver their own aspirational programming.
Please note that while this role is a 12-month contract, we are always keen to build our team with talent that endures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
EVENT SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Importance: 50%
Proactively identify and convert new opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and innovative event concepts. Forecasts and tracks monthly earned revenue targets, with achievable results from new and recurring business development. Maintain NPS score ≥ 8 and client satisfaction ≥ 80%.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Importance: 25%
Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM. Track outreach, lead status, and conversion rates. Cultivate strategic relationships with target markets - associations, ancillary professionals, and others. Conduct weekly reviews to optimize pipeline and outreach strategy.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Importance: 15%
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote events, drive attendance, and support revenue goals. Manage content calendar and produce compelling communications across email, social media, and partner channels. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints, maintaining engagement metrics ≥ 25% open rate and ≥ 5% click-through rate.
MEMBER RELATIONS
Importance: 10%
Use events to gather feedback and generate leads. Host 1 Member Engagement Event/month to foster community and identify upsell/referral opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of successful event planning and management experience.
- Core Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit; Sales and Business Development; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Creativity and problem-solving abilities; Strong organizational and budget development; Adept with CRM and Social Media platforms; Calming flexibility; Goal driven and accountability seeking.

COMPENSATION
- Salary will be a minimum of $65,000 with negotiation consistent for commensurate experience and proven results.
- Commission structure of up to 15% of Base Salary.
