The Opportunity

As part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in attracting top talent to WSP across Canada. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic hiring initiatives, support early career programs, and help build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Your Impact
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from early career to experienced professionals, across multiple disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and help drive WSP's commitment to inclusion and belonging.
- Support campus and co-op recruitment initiatives, including events, resume reviews, and onboarding coordination.
Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting WSP's culture and opportunities across digital platforms and events.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a large, matrixed organization or agency setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Oracle or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
