The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead all strategic sales, branding, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, investor engagement, and market visibility for Sandhu Developments and its portfolio of projects. This is a senior leadership role requiring both vision and hands-on execution across marketing, sales strategy, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies for pre-construction, leasing, and investment offerings.
- Lead investor and client relationship management, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
- Oversee pricing strategies, market positioning, and sales performance across projects.
- Collaborate with brokers, agencies, and partners to maximize sales velocity and brand presence.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
Marketing Strategy:
- Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to elevate Sandhu Developments' brand across digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Manage advertising, social media, website content, and PR campaigns that highlight the company's unique developments.
- Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
- Oversee preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor presentations.
Partnership & Investor Relations:
- Strengthen relationships with real estate agents, media partners, community organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising, joint ventures, and investor marketing.
- Represent Sandhu Developments at industry events, conferences, and community functions.
Leadership & Operations:
- Prepare and monitor annual sales and marketing budgets.
- Report regularly to executive leadership on KPIs, campaign ROI, and project performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or development management.
- Proven track record in pre-construction or investment property sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, digital marketing, and investor relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
