Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment.
  • Work confidently with (but not limited to) furnaces, fireplaces, air conditioners, water heaters, boilers, and heat pumps.
  • Complete daily work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers and customers regarding job status and deliverables.
  • Conduct coil cleaning for condensers, evaporators, and other equipment.
  • Mentor and support journeypersons and apprentices as needed.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple service requests effectively.
  • Work at heights — comfortable setting up and climbing ladders, as well as working on rooftops.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum: G2 Gas License
  • Experience working with heat pumps
  • Preferred: Refrigeration License
  • Proven HVAC repair and maintenance experience
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
