Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Designer based in Brockville, ON. The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for developing technical drawings, designing customized machinery, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create innovative solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting research and development efforts, and ensuring designs adhere to technical and quality standards. The role will contribute to advancing engineering processes and meeting customer demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Proficiency in Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within relevant industries
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior industry experience in gravimetric solutions or related areas is a plus
