Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring that food service runs efficiently and safely. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with meal preparation and plating to ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
  • Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations
  • Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and report shortages or issues
  • Follow sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen environment
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly

  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
