What You Need to Succeed:

  • Professional Standing: You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel within the Ottawa area (valid driver's license and insurance required).
  • Client Focused: You embrace person- and family-centered care with passion and empathy.
  • Critical Thinking: You exercise good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.

Your Responsibilities (In-Person or Virtual Delivery):

  • Assessment & Implementation: Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
  • Holistic Care: Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
  • Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
