Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Grande Prairie, AB. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include providing relevant information about the facilities, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role requires consistent collaboration with team members and attention to detail to maintain high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to handle guest interactions effectively
- Proficiency in problem-solving, complaint resolution, and handling guest concerns with professionalism
- Experience with reservation systems, basic computer skills, and general administrative tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of Grande Prairie, AB's local area and attractions is an asset
