Job Summary The Guest Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a quality in‑store experience. They provide technical product education, articulate the value of our products and brand, and drive store performance through guest experience and team achievement of daily sales or unit targets. The Lead also contributes to performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and serves as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when leading the floor. Core Responsibilities Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience. Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical education and assistance when needed. Move dynamically and lead from the floor as SOD to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. Conduct preparation activities to ensure in‑store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift. Open and close the store in accordance with procedures. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development with direct feedback and coaching. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with members to create a fun, productive environment. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store. Schedule / Availability Schedule varies based on store needs. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or special events, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights. Experience 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations). Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others. Job Assets (Nice to Have) High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above. 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people‑management not required). For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: food safety and/or liquor service certification. Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes on a computer or other technical devices. Work may involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg). For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: work may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $23.75 – $27.33 per hour (subject to local minimum wage) Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $25.75 – $29.33 per hour Lululemon’s compensation is pay‑for‑performance. Évalue les données commerciales quotidiennes pour suivre les objectifs de vente. Participe au processus d’embauche, de recrutement, de sélection et d’onboarding. Gestion du rendement des membres d’équipe et soutien à leur apprentissage continu. Favorise un environnement d’équipe respectueux et inclusif. Exigences du poste (French) Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler dans le pays. Doit pouvoir se rendre au magasin assigné avec un moyen de transport fiable. Une année d’expérience en vente au détail ou service à la clientèle. Expérience en gestion ou mentorat. Atouts pour l’emploi (French) Éducation: diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent. Expérience: un an d’expérience de leadership en vente au détail. Certification en salubrité alimentaire ou en service de spiritueux pour les magasins de produits alimentaires.
