THE POSITION:
- Lead and support your direct reports, which are a Head Chef and a Resident Liaison Manager.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards.
- Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth.
THE PERSON:

- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, especially in Hospitality.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and upholding compliance (eg. HACCP).
