Toronto, Ontario, Canada Orchestry Software Full time
About Orchestry

Orchestry is a pioneering SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping organizations simplify, govern, and get more value from their collaboration tools. Our platform empowers IT and business users alike through intelligent automation, governance, and user-friendly design. We're growing fast and scaling globally – and we're looking for a Director of Product Management to help operationalize how we build, measure, and deliver product value as we grow.

About the Role

As Director of Product Management, you'll translate Orchestry's product vision into scalable, repeatable execution. You'll establish and lead the frameworks, processes, and success measures that enable the product organization to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. This is not a vision-setting role – you'll collaborate closely with leadership on product direction while owning how strategy is implemented, measured, and refined through disciplined product management and agile delivery. You'll shape the operating system for the product organization: defining success metrics, prioritization models, and agile principles that drive clarity, accountability, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Operations & Execution
  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable plans and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Build and oversee agile frameworks and sprint processes that improve predictability, quality, and delivery velocity.
  • Define and manage success metrics for product management effectiveness, including prioritization frameworks, delivery cadence, and outcome measurement.
  • Own the product operations layer – tools, workflows, and reporting that enable visibility, consistency, and data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee the performance and alignment of Orchestry's product portfolio, ensuring prioritization and execution support the company's broader vision.
2. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team – fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build a culture that values clarity, autonomy, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to ensure effective handoffs and unified execution.
3. Customer Insight & Data-Driven Decisions
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to synthesize insights that inform prioritization and validate outcomes.
  • Use data, feedback, and research to ensure product decisions are grounded in real customer needs and measurable business impact.
  • Balance qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide focus and evaluate success.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with engineering on backlog prioritization, release planning, and continuous process improvement.
  • Work with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure product launches are supported with the right positioning and feedback loops.
  • Ensure all product initiatives are measurable, transparent, and aligned with company goals.
5. Product Communication & Enablement
  • Support leadership in communicating roadmap progress and outcomes internally.
  • Create documentation, updates, and enablement materials that reinforce focus and alignment across departments.
  • Champion agile principles and product management best practices throughout the organization.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product management within SaaS or enterprise software, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience establishing agile frameworks, product operations, and success metrics in high-growth environments (Series A–C preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio management, prioritization frameworks, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize product strategy, aligning stakeholders around measurable goals and clear success criteria.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex ideas into actionable steps across technical and non-technical teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and pragmatic – able to turn vision into scalable, repeatable execution.
Why Orchestry?
  • A growing, remote-first SaaS company making a real impact on how organizations work.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • The opportunity to shape the product management discipline at scale.
  • A collaborative team that values curiosity, kindness, and getting things done.
