What can you expect from this position?

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Associate Director, Product Management will lead product strategy and execution for Digital Experience & Commercial products, translating business priorities into a compelling vision and integrated digital solutions with defined roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers and partner cross-functionally with Technology Delivery and business stakeholders to discover, deliver, and continuously improve digital solutions that elevate passenger experience and operational efficiency while meeting security, safety, and regulatory expectations.

You will also define and advance the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within your domain, identifying opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and personalization that optimize airport operations and digital experiences.

As an Associate Director, Product Management, you will:

  • Define domain strategy and OKRs aligned to airport priorities and translate business needs into multi-horizon roadmaps.
  • Develop product vision and roadmaps incorporating AI/ML opportunities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Champion customer-centric, data-driven decisions within regulatory constraints and communicate vision and success metrics across teams.
  • Lead discovery with users and partners to validate problems and value hypotheses, framing risks and assumptions.
  • Run transparent, value-based prioritization across features and technical debt, maintaining clear requirements and product documentation.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery with Technology Delivery; set release readiness criteria and validate increments against outcomes.
  • Monitor product health KPIs, reliability, and performance; drive adoption and continuous improvement based on insights.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional work across operations and passenger-journey touchpoints; align release plans with operations, commercial, and corporate functions.
  • Develop business cases and ROI for product investments; manage budgets and track benefits realization, including AI-driven efficiency gains.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, safety, and architecture standards; maintain audit-ready documentation and lifecycle controls.
  • Collaborate with Data & AI teams to evaluate feasibility and impact of AI-driven features, ensuring ethical and responsible data use.

This is the role for you, if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or adjacent digital roles.
  • 6+ years of leadership experience, including cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven track record of bringing digital products to market and developing large-scale business cases.
  • Expert knowledge of product management, agile, and lean methods.
  • Familiarity with UX/journey mapping, analytics, and digital platforms/APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is considered an asset.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
