As the Construction Project Manager you will work collaboratively with the rest of the internal team, external consultants, construction management firm, the municipality, and other stakeholders through all stages of the project being directly responsible for the design detail, construction, and post construction stages of all projects on behalf of the Developer.

This is truly a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously and have a real say in how the project is executed, you will be given full project responsibility and the respect that comes with that. This Developer believes in giving responsibility and trust so that you can utilize your initiative and show your full potential.
