About the Opportunity:

The Business System Support Representative plays a key role in the support of the Business Systems and Merchandising Teams and is responsible to:

  • Maintain accurate databases and perform updates as required.
  • Consult with Merchandising Support, Category Managers, Private Label team, and Regional Offices, along with Third Party partners as needed to obtain information, resolve issues, and manage deadlines
  • Review product and vendor information for accuracy and system acceptability
  • Support the Business Systems and Merchandising departments in tasks related to the Promotions, Prebook, Planogram & Pricing processes
  • Coordinate both internal and external communication in a clear & professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Technology Department as required

What you should have:

  • Demonstrated organizational, planning, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Experience in all aspects of MS Office suite including intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of retail business processes as related to products and pricing
  • Detail-oriented approach to your work
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Must be able to take initiative and have excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
