Job Responsibilities:

Carpentry & Site Work

  • Framing floors, walls, roofs, and installing structural sheathing

  • Building and stripping forms for slabs, footings, and small walls

  • Assisting in concrete placement and vibration under supervision

  • Installing doors, windows, hardware, stairs, trim, casework, and baseboards

  • Using builder's levels/lasers, layout tools, and reading residential plans

What We're Looking For –

MUST-HAVES:

  • 2nd or 3rd year carpentry apprentice

  • Your own tool belt with basic framing tools

  • Reliable transportation to job sites and occasional supply pick-up

  • Commitment to honesty, professionalism, and high-quality work

Knowledge & Skills

  • Solid understanding of construction practices and residential building

  • Basic knowledge of BC Building Code

  • Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely

  • Understanding of layout, take-offs, materials, and job site flow

  • Willingness to learn new skills and expand industry knowledge
