As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing high-quality and consistent menu items that leave our guests satisfied and eager to return. What you'll do

  • Preparing high-quality, consistent, and visually appealing food items.
  • Completing all opening and closing duties as well as side tasks as assigned.
  • Ensuring that all guidelines and recipes are followed accurately.
  • Stocking and preparing items for daily operation to ensure a smooth service.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace and equipment.
  • Assisting teammates when needed and working collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Practicing proper food safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.

What you'll bring

  • You bring at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  • You have a strong sense of self-leadership and accountability for your work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and confidence in their own skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language is required.
  • You have an open-mind and bring a willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
  • Availability to work nights until 11:30pm and weekends is required.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from Brentwood Bay.
