Procurement Specialist (Non-IT) - Intermediate

Must Haves:

  • Experience editing documents in Adobe Acrobat Pro, or similar PDF editing software
  • Experience independently performing activities related to developing and releasing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Negotiated Requests for Proposals (NFRPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), negotiations, evaluation, supplier feedback, and contract execution
  • Experience in public sector procurement processes including an understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law.
  • Completion of SCMP or other equivalent courses and associated certificates.
  • Experience proofing and formatting word documents in a work setting.
  • Experience using SAP and Ariba for contract workspace management.
  • Experience with tender systems (E-bidding).
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email messaging, task and calendar tracking, and other relevant, efficient features.
  • Experience using basic Excel skills in a work setting
