What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to residential property management
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships
  • Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operational teams to meet procurement needs efficiently
  • Oversee and develop a procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive cost savings, process improvements, and quality standards across the organization

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in procurement within residential property management
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract skills
  • Leadership experience or potential to manage a procurement team in the future
  • Results-driven, with a focus on value, efficiency, and service quality
  • Excellent communicator with keen problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in residential property management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance standards, and relevant regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement/software systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
