Job Title: Management Trainee, Warehouse

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our warehouse operations team. The candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, with a focus on work order management, planning, and administrative support. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse management and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and ensure that work orders are issued accurately and promptly to forklift operators.

· Assist in planning daily warehouse activities to optimize workflow and productivity.

· Support the Warehouse Manager in administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing operational changes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is an advantage.
