We're not just another agency—we focus on mental health and happiness with unique tools like VR adventures, lifelike robotic pets, personalized music, and in-home spa moments, all while handling daily tasks with warmth and respect. We're looking for two types of team members: compassionate Personal Assistants for seniors and skilled PSWs. Both roles require maturity, empathy, and a heart for seniors. Ideal Personal Assistant (Companion Caregiver)The perfect fit is a mature person who brings life experience and genuine kindness:

  • Has raised a family or cared for aging parents—understanding the sandwiched generation's guilt and the senior's need for patience.
  • Naturally joyful and creative—loves bringing smiles through conversation, games, music, or gentle encouragement.
  • Comfortable with light tasks (cleaning, meal prep, errands, outings, hair/event prep) and using simple tech (FaceTime, tablet apps for VR/music/robotic pets).
  • Speaks additional languages, a bonus (for language-matched care).
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
  • Warm, non-judgmental, and able to handle stubbornness or low days with grace.

  • Certified PSW with experience supporting seniors (dementia, mobility, post-stroke a plus).
  • Mature (45+ preferred) with empathy from life experience—raised family or cared for parents.
  • Skilled in bathing, dressing, transfers, medication reminders, and light personal care—always with respect and kindness.
  • Enthusiastic about adding joy: guiding VR sessions, introducing robotic pets, playing music, or facilitating spa-like moments.
  • Team player who communicates clearly with families and coordinates with our personal assistants.
  • Reliable vehicle and flexibility for varying schedules.

You'll be part of a mission that goes beyond tasks—creating moments of happiness and easing family guilt. For both roles:
