Forest City Mazda is looking for a Full-Time Auto Detailer

Job Requirements

  • A vehicle detailer must be highly organized and energetic, have an outgoing personality and will be comfortable with people browsing the dealership's lot.
  • Detailers must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and an ability to operate a standard shift.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Checking new cars off the truck from the factory.
  • Detailing used vehicles for the lot.
  • Detailing showroom cars.
  • Detailing New & Used for customer delivery.
  • Wash, Vacuuming, waxing, buffing, shampooing.
  • Lot maintenance, pulling weeds, cutting grass, snow removal.
  • Keeping the shop area clean.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Back up as Service Washer when needed
  • Heavy lifting sometimes required.

  • Previous Experience an asset

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detailed follow up and follow-through
  • Winning attitude and outgoing disposition
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be a self-starter, take initiative
  • Must be able to drive Manual Transmission
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record (G2 or higher)
  • Must clear a criminal record check
