We're looking for a reliable and motivated General Labor (Property Maintenance Assistant) to join our team. This role involves helping with a variety of maintenance and repair jobs — including landscaping, gutter cleaning, flooring, and general property upkeep.

Experience in construction or maintenance is a plus, but not required — we're happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general building and property maintenance tasks
  • Support landscaping, flooring, and repair projects
  • Help ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Follow instructions and work efficiently, independently or as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Speaks Spanish (required, as many of our clients are Spanish-speaking)
  • Valid driver's license and legal work status
  • Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or general maintenance
  • Basic tool-handling knowledge
