Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and implement test strategies, considering project and technical constraints.
  • Generate and execute test cases, developing and maintaining automation scripts using Python and Selenium.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business stakeholders to diagnose defects and define testable requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and translate technical details into actionable insights.
  • Identify, report, and resolve issues using defect tracking tools (ADO), performing regression, integration, and automation testing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of automation testing experience.
  • Deep understanding of modern web development technologies and testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, design, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience testing frontend (UI/UX) and backend components.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (Azure and/or AWS).
  • Experience writing maintainable automated scripts and strong knowledge of test automation best practices.
  • Collaboration experience within Agile groups for test case documentation, test plan updates in Azure DevOps, and test automation.
Top Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of QA lead experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, including libraries and frameworks for automation.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation best practices and methodologies.
Other Skills Required:
  • Deep understanding of modern web development technologies and testing frameworks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps as a test management framework.
  • Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Postman, BrowserStack, Selenium, .NET, and C#.
  • Continuous pursuit of new QA methods and technologies.
  • Broad testing knowledge and practical experience with industry standards, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and NeoLoad.
Assets:
  • Testing experience in Finance and/or Insurance applications.
  • Experience in Accessibility Compliance.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Experience using source code management systems (GitHub).
  • Good understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles and practices.
