Role Overview

As our Client Services Specialist with a South Asian focus, you'll be the vital link between our agency's creative powerhouse and our clients' visionary goals. Your deep understanding of South Asian culture will be the secret ingredient in crafting marketing strategies that don't just speak to this demographic – they sing to it

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the South Asian market

Provide cultural insights and guidance to ensure all communications are culturally appropriate and effective

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

Analyze campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports for clients

Stay updated on South Asian market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment

Deep understanding of South Asian culture, traditions, and consumer behavior

Excellent communication skills in English

Proficiency in one or more South Asian languages (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali, Urdu) is an asset

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Familiarity with CPG/FMCG

Skills and Attributes
