Duties

  • Maintain merchandising standards and organize product displays

  • Handle cash, process payments, and issue receipts efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology tools (experience with merchandising or product demos is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy hours
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
  • Demonstrated sales skills with an aptitude for upselling and customer engagement
