**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is beneficial for assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits to customers.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for professional communication over the phone.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
