Occupational Therapist

Rehab2Go is seeking skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing interdisciplinary team. We provide in-home rehabilitation services across Ontario, supporting clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, and working toward greater independence in their daily lives. Our team includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, kinesiologists, psychotherapists, and other rehabilitation professionals who work together to deliver high quality, client centered care.

We are looking for Occupational Therapists with experience working with motor vehicle accident cases. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one to one care in a community based setting.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide in-home assessments and treatment to clients with orthopedic, neurological, cognitive, and functional challenges. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, insurers, and other providers to support safe, effective, and goal oriented rehabilitation planning.

Key Responsibilities


• Complete comprehensive in home occupational therapy assessments


• Develop individualized treatment plans that support safety, function, and independence


• Provide recommendations for equipment, assistive devices, environmental modifications, and ADL supports


• Communicate clinical findings to clients, families, insurers, and other healthcare providers


• Deliver ongoing treatment, reassessment, and documentation in accordance with COTO standards


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and submit reports within required timelines


• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and collaborate with Rehab2Go's clinical team


• Ensure all services align with regulatory, insurer, and organizational requirements

Qualifications


• Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario


• Experience completing Form 1 assessments for motor vehicle accident cases


• ADP authorization is strongly preferred


• Experience in community based or in-home care is an asset


• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation


• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and problem solving skills
