We're an early-stage startup creating the next wave of meaningful team-building experiences. Join us at the ground level as we build, test, and launch our first sessions in Calgary — with opportunities to grow as the company expands across Canada.

As a Lead Facilitator, you'll represent the brand, deliver interactive team experiences, and help participants connect in new and powerful ways.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate engaging, hands-on team building sessions for corporate clients.
  • Set up, host, and wrap up events — ensuring every session runs smoothly.
  • Guide debriefs that help teams reflect, connect, and take insights back to work.
  • Support client engagement and feedback after sessions.
  • (Optional) Contribute ideas for new sessions and activities.

Who You Are

  • A confident, outgoing communicator who can read a room and lead with energy.
  • Experienced in facilitation, education, performance, or group leadership.
  • Reliable, professional, and passionate about creating great experiences.
  • Based in Calgary (or nearby) with daytime availability for corporate sessions.
  • Looking for flexible, project-based work — not a 9–5.

Compensation

This is a per-session or profit-share opportunity, ideal for someone seeking flexible, event-based work and excited to grow with a new company.

  • Earn a percentage of session revenue or a set facilitation fee per event.
  • Average sessions run 2–4 hours during weekday daytime hours.
  • Opportunities to grow into Lead Facilitator or Ambassador roles as the company expands.
