Vous avez un don pour le service client et l'encadrement d'équipe? Super C recherche un·e Superviseur·e aux caisses dévoué·e et expérimenté·e (soir et fin de semaine) pour diriger notre équipe et garantir une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle. En tant que Superviseur, vous serez responsable de la formation et de la motivation de notre équipe de service, de résoudre les problèmes des clients et d'assurer une gestion efficace des opérations quotidiennes.

Nous recherchons un·e leader·euse dynamique, capable de gérer les priorités et de maintenir des standards élevés de service à la clientèle. Voici un sommaire de vos responsabilités en tant que Superviseur·e caisses (soir et fin de semaine) :
Sous la supervision du·de la gérant·e de service, la personne aura la charge du bon fonctionnement de son département au niveau des opérations courantes, de la coordination des travaux, du balancement des caisses, du service à la clientèle et toute autre tâche connexe. Le·la superviseur·e effectue aussi le travail régulier de caissier·ère.

Expériences

  • Expérience pertinente en tant que caissier·ère;
  • Expérience en gestion est un atout.
