Canada Z1 Tech Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to drive customer acquisition in the insurance space (auto, home, personal loans, etc). You'll manage paid media campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure compliance in one of the most competitive lead generation markets.
MUST reside in Canada or the United States
Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on insurance leads (calls, form fills, clicks). Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on ROI, CPL, and CPA goals. Work closely with sales and affiliate teams to align campaigns with carrier, broker, and agent demand. Test and iterate creative, landing pages, funnels, and ad copy to improve performance.
Qualifications 5-10 years of hands-on experience buying traffic, bonus if in the insurance or finance space (auto, home, health, personal loans, etc. Proven success scaling campaigns while hitting CPL/CPA goals. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
