Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a skilled Operations Analyst to fortify our team. Your role will be centered around enhancing our revenue strategy using metrics, effective business processes, and innovative best practices. You will be pivotal in aiding our sales team to amplify their sales and performance through detailed analytics, reporting, and intelligent KPIs. As a core member of the Operations team, you will collaborate with various departments, using your expertise in HubSpot and other tools to streamline operations and drive growth.
This is a 6-month contract position starting in January 2026.
Work Location and Travel
- Remote, with occasional travel to the Mississauga office.
- Candidates should be authorized to work in Canada without restriction or sponsorship.
How you will be contributing
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide comprehensive analytics and reporting to the sales team, using HubSpot and other tools to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
- HubSpot Portal Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of our HubSpot portal to identify and clean up unused data. This will not only improve the system's efficiency but also provide a clearer understanding of our data structure and governance.
- Data Governance Audit: Work on understanding and organizing the data within HubSpot and other systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. This effort will play a vital role in understanding the data structure and improving its usage.
- Answering Team Queries: Serve as a go-to resource for the team, answering queries related to data, processes, and systems. Your insights will be valuable in addressing immediate concerns and enhancing team efficiency.
- Learning and Assessing Current Frameworks: Immerse yourself in our existing frameworks and processes, understanding the nuances and intricacies of how they function within our RevOps ecosystem.
- Process Optimization and Creative Problem Solving: Propose and implement process improvements based on an understanding of team structures and KPIs. Find and document creative solutions to problems using a range of technologies and applications.
- Data, Process, and Systems Analysis: Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline, and scale operations using data, process, and systems analyses. Perform detailed investigations to uncover insights into root causes and priorities, recommending appropriate paths forward.
What we are hoping to find in your background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Sales/Marketing/Rev Ops experience in B2B enterprise software space.
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- You have experience in communicating with a broad team and can distill sophisticated concepts and analyses into concise and practical conclusions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize messaging, and improve workflow efficiency.
