The Housekeeping Department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment. It is a physically demanding job, and one where perfection is the minimum standard – if you love to clean and want to be a part of a team where your leaders are going to be rolling up their sleeves and working alongside you to get the job done, then look no further We all work together to make the hotel shine so that guests can have the best experience possible. We're looking for individuals who want to help shape the guest experience in a brand-new environment and who are passionate, driven individuals with a friendly attitude.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Marriott brand goals
  • Thoroughly clean assigned rooms and public spaces-make beds, change sheets, replenish clean towels and toiletries, sweep, mop, vacuum, dusting, disinfect, polishing, washing windows, walls, and ceilings, pick up debris, empty trash
  • Take the initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests
  • Thoroughly understand and implement Marriott brand service culture
  • Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
  • Able to work independently
  • Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards
  • Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods
  • Perform other duties as required
