What You'll Do

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead a talented team and shape strategies that deliver results. Your responsibilities include:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive strategic planning and HI-5 initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead and empower Sales & Marketing teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Sales & Dealer Network

  • Expand and strengthen dealer relationships through growth initiatives and retention programs.
  • Oversee dealer finance programs, co-op advertising, and order management.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Create and execute promotional strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Represent KingFisher at industry events and manage external partnerships.

Operations & Coordination

  • Align sales and production schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts, marketing plans, and event calendars.

Product & Market Analysis

  • Collaborate with Product Development to ensure market-leading products.
  • Analyze market share and regional performance to inform strategy.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a senior Sales & Marketing role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (marine industry experience is an asset).
  • BS/MA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven leadership and business development experience in a growth-stage company.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%–35%).

What We Offer

  • Competitive total compensation (base salary plus profit share): $125,000–$170,000 per year.
