Leamington, Ontario, Canada Judge Direct Placement Full time

The Judge Group has partnered with a company in the Greater Leamington, Ontario area to find an Executive Assistant for their C-suite Executive Team. The candidate needs to have strong EA experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment.

** This role is in office Monday - Friday **

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling high-level internal and external meetings across time zones.
  • Organize and coordinate executive communications, including email screening, drafting correspondence, and handling confidential information.
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentation materials, and executive summaries for board meetings, presentations, briefings, and company events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Maintain executive dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and business priorities.
  • Organize executive team meetings: manage agendas, coordinate logistics, distribute materials, etc.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and integrity of sensitive corporate data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 10+ Executive Assistant experience preferred
  • Heavy experience directly supporting CEO, CFO, COO, or members of the highest executive level in the company
  • Strong systems experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, etc.
  • Must have a forward thinking mindset
  • Must have a professional aptitude
