We specialize in on-road and off-road heavy equipment repairs, providing top-tier service to the mining, construction, and transportation industries.
We are growing our team and looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our fly-in/fly-out rotation. If you're passionate about the trade, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to experience the North, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, medium-duty vehicles, and off-road equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and air system repairs.
- Inspect and repair trailers, including brakes, suspensions, wiring, and structural components.
- Complete preventative maintenance and ensure all equipment is operating safely.
- Identify issues and recommend repair solutions and replacement parts.
- Use computerized diagnostic tools for troubleshooting engine and system faults.
- Complete detailed repair reports and communicate findings for accurate work orders.
- Work safely and efficiently in varied weather conditions and remote locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
What We're Looking For:
- Journeyman/Red Seal certification (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a heavy-duty mechanic.
- Safety-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (clean abstract required).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and basic computer programs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and remote environments.
