• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Support children with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored caregiving strategies
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to follow specific care instructions and provide regular updates on the child's progress
• Plan educational outings or playdates that foster social skills and exploration
• Assist with light household chores related to childcare, including laundry of children's clothing and tidying up toys

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary requirements
• Experience with caregiving for children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and team members
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare areas efficiently
• Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude that fosters a nurturing environment
• Flexibility in adapting to different routines or schedules as needed for family requirements
• Teaching or babysitting experience that demonstrates reliability and dedication in caring for children
