Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Company Biller who will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers.
  • Ensure correct client information/ PO's is provided on the invoice.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing records and client information.
  • Process credits, adjustments, and refunds as necessary.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies.
  • Review billing data/invoices for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Record and process client payments as required.
  • Generate reports on outstanding invoices and aging accounts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience.
  • Experience with Quickbooks online.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
