IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career as a Tint & Paint Protection Film (PPF) Specialist.

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tint & Paint Protection Film (PPF) Specialist to join our growing dealership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for vehicle aesthetics and precision installation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally install window tint on new and select used vehicles using industry-standard tools and techniques.

  • Apply vinyl paint protection film (PPF) with precision to ensure optimal coverage, protection, and finish.

  • Ensure vehicles are prepared properly (cleaned, decontaminated, etc.) before film application.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tinting/PPF bay and tools.

  • Work closely with service advisors, detailers, and other departments to meet quality and timeline expectations.

  • Communicate any concerns or installation challenges promptly.

  • Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in window tinting and/or paint protection film installation is required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a clean, bubble-free, wrinkle-free application.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

  • Able to lift, stand, and move vehicles as required.

  • Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving abstract.

  • Knowledge of automotive film products and industry best practices is an asset.
