Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Rustproofing Technician to perform professional rustproofing and undercoating services. This role also includes light customer service duties such as checking vehicles in and out, and washing vehicles after service to ensure a clean, professional finish.

You will receive full training on our processes, products, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Rustproofing & Prep
• Perform cavity wax, underbody spray, and dripless rustproofing services
• Safely apply rustproofing products to all required vehicle areas
• Follow masking and overspray‑prevention procedures
• Operate equipment including sprayers, tools, and lifts (if used)
• Inspect vehicles for rust or corrosion during intake
• Customer Service
• Check customers in and out for appointments
• Walk customers through the service plan and answer basic questions
• Provide excellent service and maintain professional communication
• Shop Duties
• Wash exterior of vehicles after rustproofing (rinse, wipe‑down, remove any residue)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and ventilation
• Assist with shop cleanup and end‑of‑day tasks

Requirements

• Valid Ontario G2 or G license
• Strictly adhere to company and client confidentiality
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Dependable with an excellent attendance record
• Support team's common goals
• Comfortable working with automotive products and equipment
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Experience in rustproofing, detailing, tinting, auto care, undercoating, or mechanical work is an asset but not required. We provide paid training.
• Will need to complete a criminal background check

Schedule

• Monday - Sunday availability preferred
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available
