What You'll Do

You'll report to the National Human Resources Manager, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting leaders across Canada with recruitment—from job postings to offers
  • Administering long-term disability, WSIB/WCB, and provincial occupational injury claims
  • Overseeing quarterly HR metrics and reporting
  • Managing service award programs and employee documentation (e.g. employment letters)
  • Promoting safety culture through reporting and program support
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers
  • Setting up new hires and ensuring onboarding runs smoothly
  • Maintaining confidentiality and consistency in all HR processes
What You'll Bring
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required)
  • Familiarity with ADP systems is a strong asset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels
  • A high level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Eastern and Atlantic branches
