Role Description

This is a contract position for a Tech Content Writer based in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work model that includes some remote work flexibility. The role involves creating high-quality technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, website copy, and technical guides. The writer will develop content strategies, conduct market research, and ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all published material while adhering to deadlines and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading
  • Experience developing and executing Content Strategy
  • Strong Research skills to gather and analyze technical information effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Adaptability to work within a hybrid environment located in Richmond, VA (partial remote work is supported)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IT technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, or software development
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
