Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vancouver, BC, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repair activities, and ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and systems. Responsibilities include managing daily maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing equipment performance to support production goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Maintenance Management, Equipment Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and systems
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications or technical education in maintenance or a related field is an asset
  • Experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage
