As l demand grows for efficient, space-conscious, and customizable lift technologies, we're leading the charge with innovative solutions that make a real difference in homes and public spaces.

What You'll Do

As an Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our Supply Chain Department, keeping products moving and customers happy. You'll:

· Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring every item is accurately received, verified, and organized so operations run seamlessly.

· Play a key role in tracking stock levels, monitoring product movement, and keeping inventory data up to date to support smart decision-making across the team.

· Coordinate shipments to meet customer delivery deadlines, ensuring every order is packed with care and all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

· Support packaging operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, while continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Work closely with team members and customers, communicating updates, resolving challenges, and keeping the flow of products and information smooth and reliable.

You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams, giving you a full view of how a modern manufacturing operation runs.

  • Takes pride in precision: you're detail-oriented and committed to doing things right, every time.
  • Stays organized and adaptable: you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing focus.
  • Embraces learning: you see challenges as opportunities to develop new skills and grow.
  • Takes ownership for your role: you're accountable, proactive, and willing to take responsibility for the good, the bad, and the learning in between.

What You Bring

  • A post-secondary education or in Supply Chain or Logistics is helpful, but your drive to learn matters more (recent grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Previous shipping or logistics experience is an asset, but we'll train the right person.
  • Comfort with technology. You easily navigate computers and are excited to learn new systems like carrier portals, freight booking, and documentation software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills . You keep tasks moving and people informed.
  • A Forklift Ticket is an asset, but training is available if you're ready to learn.
  • You're comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs, helping keep our inventory, shipments, and products moving smoothly every day.

Why Join Us

At RAM Elevators & Lifts you'll be part of a growing team that values hard work, and continuous learning. We believe in developing talent from within; and this role is a launching pad into long-term opportunities in operations, logistics, and leadership.
