We're looking for a technically focused maintenance mechanic to join our Manufacturing Team to help bring product to market.

Your role here

From Day 1, you will have direct responsibility for fulfilling the production schedule while keeping in communication with the Operations Director. Your understanding of good manufacturing practices including how to plan for workforce, materials and machine use are put into action.

Your experience and background

  • 5 years of maintenance experience in a high production manufacturing environment with at least 7 years of experience preferably in a Plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Exemplary time management and technical skills with administrative skills.
  • Experienced with process improvements in the area of Manufacturing.
  • Flexibility to work shifts (may be asked to work 12- hour and/or weekend shifts).
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently. Regularly standing, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Must be able to work well with others, enthusiastic and is a critical thinker.
